Yiannis is the founder of SARMED Logistics and a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of SARMED Warehouses.
He held various managerial positions and was a member of the Board of Directors of companies active in logistics.
He has contributed to the success of business projects as a business angel, investor and manager.
He holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA.
Petros is a Member of the Board of Directors.
He has experience in similar positions in companies such as PQH, PwC and other companies in the financial field.
He holds a degree in Finance from the American College of Greece and an MSc in Corporate Finance from ALBA Business School.
In addition, he has received certification in International Accounting Standards (IFRS Diploma) from the AIA Institute.
Petros Tegopoulos, CFO & Deputy CEO
Dimitris is a Member of the Board of Directors.
He has experience in similar positions in companies such as DIA Spain and Carrefour.
He completed his studies in Economics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Sheffield.
Dimitris Karagiannis, CCOO
Cathy delivers advice to the BoD in the fields of strategic development, human resources management and development, sustainability and corporate communication.
She is the Vice Chairman and CEO of the business consulting firm BPM SA and Chairman of SESMA (Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms).
She holds a degree in Operational Research and Marketing and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics & Business.
Cathy Christidou, BoD Advisor
Leonidas is leading SARMED’s legal team since 2003.
He is a Lawyer in Piraeus (ID No. 2851) and he is a member of “SARANTITIS LAW FIRM”.
He completed his studies at the Law School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Leonidas Panagopoulos, Legal Counsel
George is responsible for the development, improvement and preservation of the Company’s commercial relations.
He has significant experience in all sectors of the Supply Chain after successfully working as a Warehouse Manager, Deputy Logistics Manager and Distribution Manager at SARMED.
He is a member of the Hellenic Logistics Company (EEL), the Hellenic Institute of Logistics Management (ILME), the Association of International Freight Forwarders & Logistics Enterprises of Greece (IFFAG&L), as well as the Hellenic Cold Storage & Logistics Association.
George Fardis, Commercial Director
Filippos coordinates and organizes the entire range of operations of the Operations Division’s organizational units (Commercial, Warehousing, Transport, E-Commerce, Customs).
He has taken on critical roles for the operation of the Supply Chain in companies such as DIA, MARKET-IN, KEEP & PICK.
He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Aristotle University and the University of Natal respectively, and an MBA from the University of South Africa.
Filippos Salibas,
Warehouse Operations Advisor & Optimization Leader
Dimitris is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the resources of the Warehouse Operations Division, as well as for the supervision, coordination and smooth operation of warehouses for all projects and at third-party facilities.
He has significant experience in Warehouse and Transport Management at PepsiCo.
He holds a Diploma in Logistics Management from the Hellenic Management Association.
Dimitris Doukas, Warehouse Operations Director
Fotini is responsible for planning and coordinating activities for the efficient operation of the company’s e-commerce logistics organizational unit.
She has significant experience in Supply Chain and e-Commerce processes.
She holds a degree in Marketing from the University of West Attica and is attending a Master’s Program in Supply Chain Management at the Open University.
Fotini Skapinaki,
Head of e-Commerce Logistics
Antonis is responsible for the information systems, infrastructure, security and telecommunications systems.
He has significant experience in the field of information technology, as he was employed in companies such as Singular Logic, Intrasoft International, ACS Courier, Speedex Courier.
He completed his studies at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Piraeus specializing in Electrical Engineering and holds a MSc Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Swansea.
Antonis Danopoulos, IT Director
Vassiliki is responsible for the implementation, coordination and supervision of human resources administration and development.
She has significant experience in Human Resources Management in companies such as Nea Odos, Manpower and Katselis Bakery SA.
She completed studies in Sociology at the Panteion University of Social & Political Sciences and holds an Executive MBA & and an MSc in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
She is a member of the Greek People Management Association (GPMA).
Vassiliki Zoulomitaki, HR Director
Dimitris is responsible for the development, establishment, improvement and inspection of corporate policies and procedures related to standards applied in the company.
He has worked as a Quality Systems Consultant. He is a Chemical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), holds an MSc in Bioreactor Systems from UMIST (UK) and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He holds a PhD from NTUA.
He has obtained a MicroMasters certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Center for Transportation & Logistics of MIT.
Dimitris Theodorou,
Quality & Sustainability Director
Kyriakos is responsible for the accounting and tax compliance of the company.
He joined SARMED’s team in 2019.
He has experience as head of accounting for at least 15 years in industrial companies, such as NEOCHIMIKI SA and HELLENIC FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS ELFE S.A, as well as a tax consultant / auditor in auditing companies, such as ERNST & YOUNG Greece.
He completed his studies at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Piraeus, Faculty of Management and Economics, Department of Accounting & Finance.
In addition, he has received a tax certification from the Athens University of Economics and Business and speaks English.
He is licensed as a Class A Tax Accountant by the Economic Chamber of Greece.
Kiriakos Soukaras, Finance Director
Alexis is responsible for the integration of new projects, for employees’ training in processes and support systems of warehouses, as well as for the efficient operation of the utilized equipment in the Company’s warehouses.
He has significant experience in warehouse management and supply chain processes through his professional development at SARMED and the positions he has assumed.
In addition, he has received the professional certification of Logistics executive, ELA EJLog from ILME.
Alexis Karageorgis,
Warehouse Operations Associate
Marilena is responsible for the supervision, coordination, smooth operation and efficient implementation of procedures for all the Warehouses in the complex of Mandra (Tripio Lithari and Sfageia).
She has significant experience in warehouse management and supply chain processes, in companies such as Masoutis and The Mart as well as through her professional development at SARMED and the positions she has assumed.
She completed her studies in Business Administration at the University of Patras and holds an Executive MBA from the University of the Aegean.
Marilena Skentzou, Warehouse Unit Manager
Manolis is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the operation and the implementation of procedures for all the Warehouses in North & Central Greece.
He has significant experience in warehouse management and supply chain processes, in companies such as DIA.
He has been trained in warehouse management and operation, as well as team management.
Manolis Skoutelis, Warehouse Unit Manager
Stelios is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the operation and the implementation of procedures for all the Warehouses in the complex Aspropyrgos.
He has significant experience in warehouse management and supply chain processes through his professional development at SARMED and the positions he has assumed.
He holds a degree in Management Technology & Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia.
Stelios Kougias, Warehouse Unit Manager
Yiannis is responsible for the supervision, coordination, smooth operation and implementation of procedures in the External and Value Added Services projects undertaken by the company at its facilities or at its customers’ facilities.
He has significant relevant experience.
He has completed studies in Mechanical Engineering and holds a corresponding master’s degree from the University of Leeds.

George is responsible for the planning, supervision and maintenance of the Company’s infrastructure and equipment.
He has relevant experience in companies such as Intrum Reo, Interstar και Alter Ego.
He completed his studies in Renovation and Restoration of Buildings at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Patras.
George Stamelos, Infrastructure & Project Manager
Michalis is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the security of the company’s facilities.
He has significant experience in security procedures and systems as well as in security personnel training.
In addition to his professional experience, he has several Vocational Training Certificates in his field.
